Effective: June 1, 2026

A1 All Professional Movers, a moving company out of Ocala serving Marion County, owns and operates a1allpromovers.com. Using these pages, or sending an estimate request, signals you accept everything laid out here.

Who you are contracting with

There is no mystery here: we are the moving company. The work runs on our own trucks, our payroll crews ride along, and every operating credential carries this company’s name:

  • Florida credentialFDACS Mover Registration
  • Interstate credentialUSDOT and MC authority
  • The agreementMade directly with A1 All Professional Movers
  • FounderRick Calloway, in Ocala since 2009

Your move is never routed down a broker chain. The sequence is plain: you send a request, Carla puts together a flat written figure and emails it over, and once you say yes, the moving agreement rests squarely between you and A1, with no third party wedged in.

The quote itself is free

Learning the cost of your move runs nothing, and the job carries no buried add-ons:

  • No charge to lock in the booking
  • No charge for paperwork
  • No cut skimmed off any total
  • The single amount owed is the flat figure named on your binding quote, due when the last box leaves the truck

The quoted number stays fixed

Whatever your binding quote states holds firm, set against the inventory and the access conditions written right on it.

  • Should the actual job shift in a major way, a whole room added or removed, or access turning out unlike what we were told, a revised quote arrives before the scheduled day.
  • No fresh invoice follows an empty truck unless you signed off on it ahead of time.

Holding a date, and cancelling

A refundable deposit, typically $100 to $200, reserves your place on the calendar.

Your situation What follows
Roughly three days’ warning before the booked date The deposit comes back in full
Backing out the morning of Part may be retained to cover crew hours already set aside

Your printed quote carries the governing terms

The precise cancellation wording is on the quote you receive. The figures here only mirror the usual case, and that document is what actually governs.

Coverage on your belongings

Every job builds on the federal minimum, with $1M of cargo coverage on the load.

Option What you get
Baseline interstate released value $0.60 a pound, the federal default until you upgrade
Paid full-value protection (1–3%) Declared-worth coverage across the entire load, smart for fragile or costly pieces

File a claim and it runs straight through our Ocala office, within a nine-month window, with no outside party slotted in anywhere along the line.

Honest dealing on the form

Completing the pricing request, you take on a short list of expectations:

  • Provide truthful particulars, both ZIP codes, your target day, and an inventory that reflects reality.
  • Skip fake or machine-generated duplicate entries, as bot submissions are blocked.

We reserve the right to turn down any job on any grounds consistent with Florida statutes and federal regulation.

Consent for calls and texts

Submitting the form gives A1 the go-ahead to circle back through the number or email you supplied, automated SMS included where it fits. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Shutting the outreach off

Every other piece of how we handle data sits in the Privacy Policy we publish.

Not offered as advice

Whatever you find here, the FAQ answers, the lane write-ups, the area guides, amounts to general moving knowledge and nothing beyond, never tax, legal, or financial advice. If your move gets caught up in probate, a divorce, or a business holding, check with a licensed advisor first.

The reach of our liability

How far A1’s responsibility extends for work done under a binding quote is fixed by three things:

  • The exact terms set on that document
  • The federal household-goods code at 49 CFR § 375 et seq. wherever the work crosses state lines
  • The corresponding Florida moving rule wherever the work stays in-state

So far as the law permits, our total exposure will never run past the cargo-coverage amount your quote names.

Future updates

From time to time this wording is reworked, with the date up top shifting along with it. Keeping on through the site, or filing another request later, counts as your consent.
