What we gather
Two streams of information reach us. One is whatever you deliberately give while pricing a move, and the other is the routine technical trace any website records on its own.

No third-party advertising pixel runs on these pages. A single privacy-minded counter gives only a rough sense of how people travel the site, and switching Do Not Track on in your browser drops you from even that tally.

Things A1 will never do with your information

Who else looks at it
Only those a completed move genuinely needs ever see it:
- Our own movers on payroll, each cleared through a background check before any assignment
- An insurer working a cargo dispute, in the rare event one comes up
- A community guard gate or HOA office when a pass or certificate is asked for, and only with your knowledge
- Regulators where the law demands it, namely FMCSA, FDACS, and the IRS
Ad networks, broker hubs, lead resellers, and rival movers walk away with nothing.
Requests you can make

For California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
California residency adds a handful of rights under a law named the California Consumer Privacy Act:

- Asking that they be deleted, within whatever the statute caps
- Declining any sale of your personal data, even though we sell none
- Getting no worse treatment for using these rights

Keeping it safe
Anything you submit moves over HTTPS and lands in a login-protected CRM that nobody opens without credentials.
- None of your information crosses open, unencrypted connections

- Should a breach ever happen, affected people get notice within the windows Florida statutes and federal rules set
Younger visitors
What we publish here is for adults arranging a move, not children under 13. As a matter of policy, A1 does not knowingly gather information from such visitors, and if any slips in, tell us and it is gone.
